Fashion discards tonnes of perfect cloth every year — the final cuts of a roll, too short to sell, too good to bin. We save those pieces, measure each by hand, and give it one more life. Given a second life. Nothing sent to landfill. Just beautiful leftovers, worn instead of wasted.

Last Bits Wala didn't start as a business plan. It started as a habit we couldn't shake — the habit of noticing what almost went to waste.
At Ridh, our family's fabric studio in Chennai, we've spent years bringing home beautiful rolls of silk, cotton, chanderi, and georgette — the kind you touch and can't put down. But every roll ends the same way: a final length remains. Too short to sell as a full piece. Too beautiful to throw away.
For years, those leftover cuts sat quietly in a corner of the studio. Small stacks of genuinely premium fabric, waiting for someone to notice them the way we did.
So we started measuring them. Photographing each one exactly as it is — no filters, no extras, no pretending. Just the real piece, at a price that reflects that it's a leftover, not a compromise.
That's Last Bits Wala. No two bits are the same. Once a piece sells, it's gone — because we're not manufacturing more of it. We're simply making sure nothing beautiful gets wasted before someone gets the chance to wear it.
Every bit you buy here is a small decision: to choose what already exists, over what has to be made new.
